David McGrath is the Founder and CEO of Tabletop Strategy Role-Playing (TSR) Ltd, an independent publisher creating original tabletop role-playing games, immersive campaign settings, and practical resources for Game Masters and players. With more than 16 years of experience in tabletop gaming and a professional background in business management and operations, David founded TSR to bring people together through creativity, strategic gameplay, and shared storytelling. His vision is to build a respected independent publisher that honours the traditions of classic fantasy role-playing while developing original worlds and innovative game systems for players of all experience levels.

As Founder and CEO, David leads the company's strategic direction, overseeing product design, publishing, business development, marketing, and partnerships. He has led the development of TSR's growing catalogue, including the GM's Guide, Adventurers Logbook, Monster Journal, and the original campaign setting Raven's Rift. Guided by the values of creativity, integrity, collaboration, and quality, David is committed to creating memorable tabletop experiences that inspire players and Game Masters for years to come.
