The purpose of this agreement is to establish a clear relationship between TSR Ltd and creators producing compatible material using authorised TSR Ltd resources.
This agreement promotes responsible publishing, community confidence, respect for intellectual property and consistency across compatible products.
Any individual or organisation creating compatible content may operate under this agreement provided they comply with the applicable TSR Ltd Open Game License, Compatibility Guidelines, Fan Content Policy and all relevant laws of England and Wales.
Commercial publishers may be required to register with TSR Ltd where specified by future creator programmes or licensing arrangements.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all published content is lawful, accurate and clearly presented as their own original work. Compatible content must respect the rights of TSR Ltd, other creators and third parties.

Creators wishing to publish commercial products based on TSR Ltd Open Game Content must comply with the TSR Ltd Open Game License and any additional commercial licensing requirements that may apply.

Nothing within this agreement grants permission to use TSR Ltd Product Identity beyond the permissions expressly provided under the applicable licence.
Creators must provide appropriate acknowledgement whenever TSR Ltd Open Game Content is used within a compatible publication.

Attribution must not imply sponsorship, approval or endorsement by TSR Ltd unless written permission has been granted.
TSR Ltd retains ownership of all trademarks, logos, branding, Product Identity, official artwork, published settings, characters, stories, and other protected intellectual property.
Creators may only use those materials where permission is expressly granted under the relevant TSR Ltd licence or through separate written authorisation.
Nothing within this agreement transfers ownership of TSR Ltd intellectual property to any creator.
Creators may describe their products as compatible with TSR Ltd systems only in accordance with the official Compatibility Guidelines published by TSR Ltd.
Creators must not:
Approved compatibility statements and branding guidance will be published separately within the TSR Ltd Compatibility Guidelines.
TSR Ltd reserves the right to revoke permissions granted under this agreement where a creator materially breaches its terms, infringes intellectual property rights or acts in a manner likely to damage the reputation of TSR Ltd, its products or its community.
Before termination, TSR Ltd may, where appropriate, notify the creator of the breach and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. Serious or deliberate violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
Upon termination, the creator must immediately cease any use of TSR Ltd intellectual property beyond the rights otherwise granted under the applicable Open Game License or other written agreement.
This Creator Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless an alternative dispute resolution process has been agreed in writing by both parties.
Nothing within this agreement limits the statutory rights or legal remedies available to TSR Ltd under applicable United Kingdom legislation, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994, the Companies Act 2006 and any other relevant legislation.
